Armstrong Golden Harvest Farm

A roadside honour-system produce stand on the south side of Indianapolis, run by the Armstrong family since 1962 and tucked between housing developments off Sherman Drive. Produce is set out on a wagon beside the driveway and you leave payment in the box; bring cash. Seasonal tomatoes and vegetables through summer, mums and pumpkins in autumn, honey in the fall. Listed hours are daily 8am to 8pm, but the stand is frequently unstaffed and stock varies week to week - reviewers report arriving to find no pumpkins in some seasons.
