By using Indiana Farm Stands you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. These terms may change; the date above reflects the most recent revision, and continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.

What this site is

Indiana Farm Stands is an informational directory of farms and seasonal agritourism in central Indiana. It is a research and reference tool. It is not a booking service, not a ticket seller, and not an agent for any farm. Any transaction you enter into is strictly between you and that farm.

Accuracy, and its limits

Listings are compiled from publicly published sources and are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make a genuine effort to be accurate and we show the date of each listing's last check precisely so you can weigh how current it is — but we do not warrant that any listing is complete, current, or correct.

In particular: season dates shift with the weather; hours change without notice; pricing changes without notice; some season dates are explicitly labeled as estimates inferred from a farm's prose rather than stated by the farm; and no listing has been confirmed by telephone. Our verification page sets out the method and its known limits in full.

Before making a trip that depends on specific hours, dates, pricing, crop availability, or accessibility, contact the farm directly.

No affiliation or endorsement

We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any farm listed on this site. Inclusion is not an endorsement, and exclusion is not a judgment. Farm names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only. No farm pays for placement, position, ordering, or a more favorable verification date.

Your visit to a farm

Visiting a working farm carries ordinary risks — uneven ground, agricultural equipment, livestock, weather, and allergens among them. You are responsible for your own safety and that of anyone in your care, and for following the farm's rules. We are not responsible for anything that happens during a visit, including admission being refused, a farm being closed when you arrive, or a crop being unavailable.

Listings link to farm websites, social media pages, and mapping services operated by others. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices.

Advertising

This site displays advertising served by Google and its partners. Ads are labeled where they appear. We do not select individual advertisers and do not endorse advertised products or services. Advertising has no influence on which farms are listed or how they are described. See the privacy policy for how analytics and advertising cookies work.

Acceptable use

You may use this site for personal, non-commercial reference, and you are welcome to link to it. You may not scrape, bulk-copy, or republish the directory or substantial portions of it, use it to build a competing dataset, or use automated tools in a way that burdens the service. The site's text, design, and the compiled arrangement of the directory are protected by copyright; underlying facts are not.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Indiana Farm Stands and anyone involved in producing it are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content — including wasted trips, missed events, or costs incurred. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, in which case they apply to the extent permitted.
