Dull's Tree Farm and Pumpkin Harvest

A large dual-season farm north-west of Indianapolis on an 1800s-era farmstead in northern Boone County: 80 acres, primarily a Christmas tree operation, with the autumn Pumpkin Harvest as its other main season. 4.8 across 431 ratings. Pumpkin Harvest runs 26 September to 1 November 2026 across 20 dates, with a season-pass preview day on 14 September; field tree cutting begins 27 November 2026. This is not a walk-up-and-pick operation - admission is ticketed and covers 45+ activities including pick-your-own pumpkins (staff cut them off the vine), hayrides out to the patch, two corn mazes, a pumpkin cannon, giant slides, a ropes range, ball zone and farm animals. Pricing is split between peak and non-peak days: a non-peak ticket scanned on a peak day means paying a $3 per-ticket difference or being refused entry, so buying for the right date matters. Children 2 and under and adults 70 and over are free. Private fire pits and a gazebo can be rented separately (around $156 for 4 hours, more on fireworks nights), with outside food permitted at the gazebo but no alcohol. Also an escape trail, a Christmas in July barn sale, a Trading Post gift shop, apple cider donuts and a bed and breakfast on site, the Stone Cabin Inn.
